Central Heating System

The First Time Central Heating (FTCH) is part of the ECO 4 scheme initiative designed to help for UK resident’s landlords, private tenants and homeowners. Aiming to enhance energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of free central heating system.

It includes new boiler grant and free radiators, making it an excellent option for homes without an existing heating system.Landlords, home owners and tenants alike are encouraged to apply for it. Eligibility extends to those who receiving low-income benefits.

There are two main types: of central heating (mains gas) and (heat pump). If there is no gas, we offer Air Source Heat Pump Grant with free solar panels to reduce energy bills and improve home efficiency.
