ECO4 scheme, also referred to as the Energy Company Obligation is the latest version of a program aimed at enhancing the energy efficiency of residences across the UK through government grants. This initiative, led by the government and overseen by Ofgem, is supported by leading energy providers. Its primary objective is to offer monetary support for home energy upgradation dedicated to upgrading the energy efficiency of residences categorised as band D or lower on the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
